The item is as described, but for some reason I was surprised at how small this colander is in reality (smaller the expected). It's about the size of my hand with fingers spead out.
Note the colender itself is 21x21 cm, the size of the 'basket' (without handles) and It's about 9-10 cm deep.
It is very nice that it can be collapsed to take up less storage space. Overall a decent product for a 1-2 person household.
