Everything is very well packed .. But unfortunately one ball was broken. The seller of the lapochka put one more, with a margin. Thank you for that. Small things, but nice. The box was cut when delivered, but the balls in this part were whole. Since we broke another ball during the assembly, I do not have any complaints about the seller. It seems like the appearance due to the absence of two balls did not spoil.

Arrived to Indonesia safely. Great product! 1 ball fell of and broke upon installation. But overall it is as advertised

Excellent chandelier, came quickly, but the package was pumped up-there was no gasket on top and one ceiling is broken

I recommend identical to the phtoo very well packaged
