Contact us within a maximum of 14 days after receiving your order.

- Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.

- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouses in the USA, China, or Spain, depending on the product type we will indicate the return address

- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

**Change of Mind**

Understanding that not every item may perfectly fit or suit your preferences, we accept returns within a maximum of 15 days after the item's arrival. Please follow these steps:

1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Ship the items back within 14 days of delivery.

3. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouse, and we will provide the address based on the product type.

4. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

- The merchandise must be in perfect condition, unused, clean, with all original packaging and labels intact.

- All returns should be sent with a tracking number; we are not responsible for lost or untraceable parcels.

**Modify or Cancel Orders**

If you haven't paid for the order, you can modify and reorder. If the payment is completed, you can cancel or modify it within 24 hours. After 24 hours, contact us at info@orniture.com, but we cannot guarantee a stop in shipment.

**Customer Guarantees**

1. For faulty items or major failures, choose a refund or exchange.

2. Size change due to not reading the size chart is accepted, but the return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.

3. Electronic Items Warranty Policy:

  • This warranty policy covers the electronic items purchased from our store for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. The warranty covers any factory defects that may be present in the product. This includes any issues that arise from the manufacturing process or any inherent defects that make the product unfit for its intended use
  • This warranty does not cover any damages or defects caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or alterations to the product by the user. This includes, but is not limited to, physical damage, exposure to extreme temperatures or moisture, and electrical surges. The warranty is also void if the product has been opened, modified, or repaired by anyone other than authorized service personnel.

**Customs & Duties**

1. International packages may be subject to duties and taxes, determined by local customs authorities.

2. International customers are responsible for customs and duties within their country.

3. Orniture complies with legal requirements for customs declarations.

**Returns & Exchanges Process**

Exchanges and returns are processed free of charge upon receiving products in perfect condition.

Refunds to the original payment method are processed within 2 to 5 business days.

Shipping fees back to us are non-refundable. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are also non-refundable.

**Exceptions to Policy**

Please note the following exceptions:

- Requests for exchange or refund after 15 days won't be processed.

- Returned items must have tags, be clean, and in original packaging.

- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Returned items must show no signs of wear or use.

- Contact us within 60 days for undelivered products; reclamations beyond this period won't be valid.
